Industrial Designer Robert Brunner commissioned Polychrome to design the offices of his new company, Ammunition. The design goals were to create an open–plan office to facilitate and encourage teamwork, and to clearly reflect Ammunition’s brand. Functional features such as custom workstations, discrete “break out” areas for staff interaction, and a production and prototype shop, were incorporated into the plan to support Ammunition’s work process. A central conference room uses folding glass partitions to allow visual and physical continuity. The office is located on the San Francisco waterfront in an historical cable car roundhouse.
