Elephant redefined the pharmacy experience by creating community, empowerment, and an overall experience of wellness around the typically routinized, unpleasant, and emotionally draining experience of picking up prescriptions and maintaining your health. Through highly user-centered design and consideration of the entire journey of a customer who walks in the door, the pharmacy equips customers with in-depth information at all customer touch points, easy to understand options between traditional pharmaceutical products and homeopathic remedies, and the sense of being in the hands of a tight-knit community of health experts and teachers.
