This proposal for a new art museum located in central Japan, responds directly to those elements that infuse the art form of its sole artist - the poet and watercolor painter Tomihiro Hoshino. The design is composed of four discrete galleries, each sentient to the quietly impressive gestures of the natural environment; the ground, the forest, the water and the sky.
