client: Virgin America Airlines
Virgin America asked Polychrome to strategize and visualize a Virgin America branded terminal at San Francisco International Airport. Virgin has captured a loyal customer base by creating a new paradigm for the in–flight experience; engaging, innovative, multi–sensory, and highly designed. Polychrome's objective was to echo Virgin’s in–flight successes on the ground, by creating engaging, relaxing, unexpected, and delightful moments in the customer’s journey, from terminal entry to boarding.
